Takaab 2AND - Dual 2/3-input Logic AND Gate

The 2AND brings AND logic processing to the clocks and gates of your eurorack setup.

There are two separate 3-input gates, however as the 3rd input of each gate is normalised high, they can  be used as 2-input gates by using only the top two inputs of each gate.

The top gate (Gate 1) output is normalised to the first input of the bottom gate (Gate 2). This means that with no jack present at Gate 2 In A, the unit acts as a single 5-input (or 4-input) AND gate with the result at the output of Gate 2 (whilst also having the output of gate 1 available separately).

All inputs of an AND gate must be high for the output to be high. So if jacks are present at ins A & B both must carry a high signal for the gate to output high. If jacks are present at ins A, B and C then they must all carry a high signal for the output to go high.

Works across the audio spectrum right up to about 30Khz. With two square-waves you essentially have an inverted MS-20 style ring modulator, which has a nice metallic sound.

Requires inputs of 0.5V or higher to count as high. Output signal is 5V at high and 0V at low.
