Shipping Times & Fees
Orders are shipped direct from our Thai supplier by Thailand Post Airmail or by EMS within Thailand. All orders are sent tracked. After dispatch we will provide a tracking number. It is the responsibility of the customer to watch tracking and ensure that delivery is not missed and that the item is received well, and if necessary correspond with their domestic postal service to arrange delivery, collection and/or payment of any fees.
NOTE: IT IS VERY COMMON FOR A COURIER TO MISS DELIVERY WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE RECIPIENT. So please check tracking regularly. You can usually track on the website of your domestic postal service.
All orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days, but can sometimes take up to 7 days to dispatch. When items are out of stock or a delay occurs longer than 7 days, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and/or to offer substitutes or a refund. International orders usually arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch but this can be longer depending on country. EMS parcels sent within Thailand will arrive in 1-2 days.
We do not collect sales tax or duty on any purchase. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duty and fees on arrival. In this case these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
ALWAYS KEEP RECEIPTS AND PAPERWORK FOR IMPORT TAXES PAID. In the event that an error and the item having to be resent, this will ensure taxes are not paid twice.
