If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item to us. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of package. Notifying us before posting the product back will allow us to send you details of our nearest returns centre. Buyer pays postage on returns. The full product value will be refunded after receipt of the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Products
While every effort is taken to make sure everything we ship out is of the highest quality, fully working and in perfect brand new condition, sometimes mistakes can happen. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of a defective product and we will happily refund or replace the item. Notifying us before posting the product back will allow us to send you details of our nearest returns centre. Any return postage costs will be reimbursed by to the customer.
6 month replacement warranty on all modules
All of our modules come with a 6 month warranty. In the unlikely event of the module failing in the first 6 months of use, we will send you a replacement. Outside Thailand, customer pays postage to our repair centre, we will pay return postage. If the module has been modified by the customer the warranty is void, but we can still take a look and possibly fix the module for you. Please see 'Service & Repairs' below.
Service & Repairs
If your module is damaged outside of the six month warranty we can usually fix it for you. The customer pays postage both ways and a (usually small) fee for any replacement parts.
Occasionally people have asked if we can modify some of our modules. Sometimes this is possible. Please contact us to discuss before sending the module to us.
